Under agreement with the Kingdom of Morocco, OHD has been awarded a land bank of 15 million square meters located in the south of Morocco, at Oued Chbika in the province of Guelmim (400 km from Aghader). This project will contribute to developing the upscale tourism image of Morocco.
At Oued Chbika, OHD plans to develop a fully fledged town offering hotels, residential units, a golf course, a town center and other related amenities.
This project will be implemented in line with the Kingdom of Morocco's ambitious plans, which involves growing its tourism arrivals to more than 10 million by 2010.
The plan with a focus on enhancing the country's upscale market positioning, cultural heritage and environment.
